SouthWonders, as the legal operator of the Yelouwh platform, maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of modern slavery, forced labor, and human trafficking. We are fully committed to operating ethically, transparently, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) of the United States.
Our Commitment
Yelouwh was built to empower Latin American creators and entrepreneurs by giving them a secure space to share content, sell products, and offer services. We are proud of our role in supporting creative and economic freedom, and that responsibility includes ensuring that our platform is never used to exploit individuals or promote any illegal activity.
SouthWonders condemns and strictly prohibits:

• Forced labor or services obtained through coercion, threats, or abuse.
• The use of the platform for any form of human trafficking.
• The exploitation of minors or vulnerable individuals.
• Any activity that enables, supports, or promotes modern slavery, servitude, or labor exploitation.

What We Do to Uphold Our Values
To ensure we uphold our values and legal obligations:

• We verify all creator accounts and require supporting documents for individuals offering professional services or selling regulated products.
• We prohibit sexually explicit content, child exploitation, and any form of nudity that resembles sexual acts or abuse.
• We actively monitor and moderate content in line with our Terms of Use, Content Guidelines, and Creator-Fan Agreement.
• We review reports of violations and cooperate with law enforcement authorities when there is any suspicion of trafficking or exploitation.
• We audit accounts suspected of violating our policies and suspend or terminate those that breach these standards.

Transparency and Reporting
We are committed to ongoing vigilance and improvement. SouthWonders will continuously update internal policies, train staff, and enhance our verification and moderation systems to better detect and prevent abusive behavior.
If you suspect that any individual is using the Yelouwh platform for unlawful purposes or violating this policy, please report it immediately to:

All reports are taken seriously and reviewed confidentially. We will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in every instance.
