8. Content Rights
Creators retain ownership of their content but grant Yelouwh a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and deliver such content. Fans receive a limited license to view purchased content.
9. Account Termination
Yelouwh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms. Legal violations may be reported to authorities.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users will first be mediated through Yelouwh Support. SouthWonders is not responsible for disputes between users outside its operational functions.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts.

- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
