All payments are processed via Yelouwh’s systems. Yelouwh charges a commission on every transaction. Payouts to Creators are made only after verification of identity and/or licensing documents.
7. License Requirements
Any Creator offering a product or service that requires a license (e.g., medical, legal, cosmetic) must upload the proper documentation, which will be verified by Yelouwh before publication.
8. Account Termination
Yelouwh may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if these Terms are violated. Activities that break the law may be reported to authorities.
9. Dispute Resolution
All disputes must be resolved first through Yelouwh Support. SouthWonders is not liable for disputes between Creators and Fans unless arising from a platform failure.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes means you agree to the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in the U.S.

- Be over 18 years old
- Reside in a Latin American country
- Upload valid business documents if selling products/services
- Ensure content complies with moderation and legal standards
You may not use the platform to:
- Sell or promote drugs, alcohol, tobacco, CBD, firearms, explosives, or unlicensed medications
- Offer services that require professional licenses unless such licenses are uploaded and verified by Yelouwh
- Upload hate speech, discrimination, child exploitation, or excessive nudity
- Incite violence, promote political unrest, or engage in unlawful behavior
