- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.
- If applicable, provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification.

If you believe content you posted on Yelouwh was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or the district in which SouthWonders is located if outside the U.S.) and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.
